Classification: Full Time, Exempt
Job Summary:
Solicit new business in Iowa, Illinois and surrounding areas, grow regular client accounts, handle complaints, work with cutting, prepress, and shipping departments to ensure a smooth flow of orders. Handle any other delegated projects.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with CSRs, cutting, prepress and shipping departments
- Have a “can do, go getter” attitude and be a team player
- Must have an understanding and knowledge of the company goals and growth objectives
- Stay up to date on the industry and market trends
- Sets challenging objectives
- Can deal with conflict, ambiguity and information in an appropriate way
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong math and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Works well under pressure
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and direction
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in envelope manufacturing preferred
- College education a plus
Physical Requirements:
- May require lifting up to 40 pounds
- Prolonged period of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Driving for extended periods to prospect for new clients and service regular clients. Air travel at times to see regular and prospective clients

- Report hazards and injuries and seek advice on safe work practices.
