- Learn to Operate Various Equipment/ Machinery.
- Understanding & Implementing Proper Techniques of Lawn & Landscape.
- Trim & Edge Walks, Beds & Walls/ Foundation.
- Trim, Prune & Maintain Plant, Flowers and Shrubs.
- Respect Others in the Workplace.
- Become Detail Oriented.
- Communication is Very Important.
- Time Efficient.
- Identify & Communicate ANY Equipment Concerns to the Crew Leader.
- Ensure that Equipment is Being Used Properly, Effectively & Safely
