We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Residential Power Generator Salesman to join our team. As a vital member of our sales force, you will play a key role in promoting and selling residential power generators to homeowners and businesses, ensuring they have reliable backup power solutions during outages and emergencies.

Responsibilities :
- Client Engagement :
- Identify potential customers by researching, networking, and responding to inquiries.
- Initiate and maintain contact with prospective clients through various communication channels.
- Understand clients' backup power needs and recommend suitable generator solutions.
- Product Knowledge :
- Develop a deep understanding of our residential power generator products, features, and benefits.
- Clearly communicate technical information to customers in an understandable manner.
- Consultative Selling :
- Conduct thorough assessments of customers' power requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Provide accurate price quotes and detailed proposals based on customer needs.
- Sales Process :
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
- Address customer concerns and objections, and overcome them effectively.
- Relationship Building :
- Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Follow up with customers after installation to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Collaboration :
- Work closely with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Sales Targets :
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a well-organized pipeline and track progress using CRM tools.
- Market Awareness :
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies in power generation.
Qualifications :
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the home improvement, electrical, or related industries.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Technical aptitude and ability to understand and explain complex concepts.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to meet clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
