Our next Entry Level Sales Trainee will learn all aspects of our business, from marketing and sales to leadership and team management. You will start training with marketing and sales, as we provide our client's excellent customer service. You will execute face-to-face marketing, sales, and coordination of promotional events within top retailers to surpass client goals weekly.
Our main focus in this role is our leadership and business development. You will be continually trained by different levels of management on team building, management, and communication skills to propel you forward professionally within our company. Responsibilities:
- Interacting directly with the consumer base within a retail setting
- Correctly marketing current promotions
- New customer acquisition
- Provide top-tier customer service
- Communicate effectively with upper-level management
- Accurately track weekly sales goals, team and personal
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of customer support experience
- 1-2 years of marketing or sales experience
- Associate’s degree
- Leadership and student mentality
- Self-motivate and self-manage at a high level
This is an entry-level position, so experience in sales or customer service is strongly preferred but not required. All Sales Trainees go through hands-on training with our leadership core.
