Redline and Resource Call Center Specialist

This is a full time position with benefits in nice office environment in Nashville Airport area. Starting pay $15 per hour

Hours are: Monday-Friday 11am-7pm (pay differential offered for hours of 5pm-7pm)

Good organizational and time management skills

Call center experience or skills preferred

Knowledge of substance abuse preferred; Certified Peer Recovery Specialist training is ideal

The Tennessee Redline is a substance abuse, mental health, and gambling addiction treatment referral helpline. Call specialists offer confidential and accurate treatment options for callers in the state of Tennessee.

Redline Responsibilities

× Answer REDLINE as assigned; REDLINE responsibilities are primary and should always super cede any Clearinghouse support

o Provide confidential, alcohol, tobacco and other drug information and referral resources according to REDLINE manual

o Report any incorrect provider information, service trends or urgent issues to supervisor promptly

Clearinghouse and Bookstore Support

× Participates with inventories as assigned

× Assist Clearinghouse and Bookstore customers as needed

× Assist with stocking and other tasks as assigned

× Assist free literature clearinghouse orders, including boxing and shipping as needed

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Reports to: REDLINE and Clearinghouse Director
