Major Duties and Responsibilities : General Sanitation Scooping up poop, filling in dug holes, repairing or adding fencing, cutting grass, bed and kennel sanitation.

Care Feeding, bathing, brushing, oiling fur, and checking for injuries or other common ailments. Socialization Taking dogs and / or puppies out to socialize (responsibility must be well established before this can be done unsupervised)Play & Exercise Dobermans are high energy dogs.

Play and other exercise routines are important so that they can focus when it is time to train. Training Everything from search & rescue to protection work based on your comfort level.

Be prepared to work in any weather condition Cuddle Time Dogs and puppies like to be loved on and cuddled with. Feel free to enjoy some therapy time of your own if you've got the time.

Food Prep I make all of my dog food from scratch. This requires a lot of work. You'll need a strong stomach for the days that we're processing animals.

Odd Jobs As my right-hand help, you'll need to be flexible with various projects. This can range anything from helping with cleanup to child care.

Requirements As my Executive Assistant, you'll be tasked with various projects depending upon the current demands for each day.

As a result, before requesting an interview, be sure that you can meet the following standards :

Prepared for outside work : You'll need to bring work boots, and be ready for any weather conditions. This includes hot days, rainy days, storms, cold days, etc.

Have a strong stomach : farm work can include foul odors and yucky work. This includes fecal matter, and dead animals.

Labor intensive : you'll need to be able to work hard and have the ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Confidence : Dobermans are large, very intelligent dogs. You'll need to be comfortable working with big animals. Emotional Control : Proper training requires repetition, understanding and patience.

Do not apply to work here if you get frustrated easily. Clean Language : No swearing on premises. "Oh my G*d!" Is especially frowned upon.

You'll be working around children.

Trustworthy : You'll be tasked with very important work. This includes handling expensive dogs and occasionally helping me with my children.

You'll start on a trial period so that I can ensure compatibility before adding these more important tasks that require higher levels of trust.

Pay Rate This rare opportunity will be a 2-month trial. After those 2 months, you could be considered for more permanent, higher-paying work depending upon compatibility and demand.

Volunteers will be gifted in cash for their time at the following rates : $8 per hour starting up to 40 hours a week (can be split into 2 part-time positions) $600 Bonus!

At the end of the 2 months, you will qualify for this bonus if you : are always on time, have a great attitude, and never miss a day.

You may qualify for a larger gift based on sales productivity.
