ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB
As a Taco Mayo Management Trainee, your job will include learning how to lead a crew in the daily operations of a store while maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, customer service, and food quality. You will work with area supervisors, managers and assistant managers to oversee maintenance of the property, ensure financial accountability, and retain and develop a top-notch crew. You will develop your existing skills and learn new skills in customer service, leadership, management, and food handling that will empower you to earn bonuses, recognition, and opportunities for advancement within our company.
