Taconic Biosciences is seeking a Customer Experience Intern to join our Customer Experience and Sales Operations team in this full time, paid, summer internship. This internship will be remote and have Eastern Standard Time working hours. Candidates applying should be based in the continental U.S.
This Customer Experience internship will help Taconic standardize global processes and improve employee self-support to ensure a better customer experience. The intern will work with Customer Service, Sales Operations, and Sales leaders on the coordination, prioritization, and uploading of department processes into our Document Control system (DCS). The Customer Experience intern will use Voice of Employee to identify opportunities for improving our department knowledge base. In addition, the intern will work on data cleanup projects to gain an understanding of how data is managed to help us improve revenue recognition and uncover market segment insights.
An internship in this position will provide the chance to:
- Coordinate, organize, and load department documentation into our DCS system; work with department leaders on documentation gaps and to prioritize next steps.
- Gain an introductory understanding of the importance of process to a healthy organization
- Capture “Voice of employee” feedback and identify opportunities for improving our knowledge base to ensure a better user experience.
- Understand the importance of company-wide values and beliefs, and how focusing on internal improvements leads to better external outcomes
- Identify and fix data within Salesforce to help the organization improve visibility into our sales pipeline and identify account based marketing opportunities
- Networking within our global organization
- A hands-on opportunity to experience a career within Sales Operations or Customer Experience
- An end of summer presentation on the knowledge and skills you’ve obtained, with provided exposure to leadership

Eligibility:
- To be eligible for this opportunity you must be enrolled in an academic program in pursuit of an Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree or PhD or be graduating Spring 2022.
