POSITION SUMMARY
The Boutique Manager oversees all aspects of the retail store operations and leadership for the Client Advisor team. The successful candidate will possess the ability to:
- Manage profitability, business planning and sales forecasting

As a TAG Heuer Boutique Manager you are: A Sales Expert
- Plays an active role on the sales floor, growing boutique sales and achieving the objectives
- Analyzes the store’s retail performance KPIs (conversion, average selling price, client prospecting, etc), identifies business opportunities and establishes action plans to solve them
- Stays updated on the watch industry and the local market
A Team Leader
- Sets individual and store objectives and coaches and develops your team
- Proactively identifies and hires new talent that will continue to elevate and support a diverse and inclusive environment that fosters growth
- Will motivate your team and promote a positive, supportive and inclusive work environment
- Continuously encourage, coach and provide qualitative feedback, using reward and recognition as well as performance management process to improve team engagement and performance.
An experiential, Client development specialist
- Drive and elevate the in-store experience by:
- Continuously evolving hosting standards
- Crafting unique and personalized experiences for our clients
- Training and coaching team on the selling ceremony and the best clienteling practices
- Lead, model, and mentor based on Mystery Shop results, to perfect the client experience
- Proactively networks and connects with local people of influence to grow your client base through new partnerships and activations
:
- Minimum of 5 years sales management experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client related experience (e.g. hospitality)
- Track record in sales generation, managing the achievement of sales objectives
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Inspirational leader, able to mentor and develop a strong team
- Client-centric mentality, passionate about recruiting new clients and growing the active client base
- Demonstrated ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition and penetration in market
- Agile manager able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work in various roles depending on business needs (i.e., selling, operations, training, etc)
