Our well established Glendale Law Firm is seeking an attorney for immediate hire.
Responsibilities:
- Propound and respond to discovery
- Make Court and Deposition appearances
- Draft Summons/Complaints
- Draft Civil Motions
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of all court rules, calendaring and filing procedures, including e-filing
- Familiarity with various legal documents
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
