Responsibilities
- Managing a 3 line phone system
- Managing email and voicemail inboxes
- Assisting with receiving & returning pets to their owners
- Payment processing
- Office Cleanliness
- Communication with local veterinary offices
- Client reservations & profile management
- In-person engagement with clients visiting the facility
Shift Structure
Monday - Friday | 6:50a - 12:00p, or, 1:00p - 6:00p
Saturdays | 7:50a - 4p
Sundays | CLOSED
Double shifts can be discussed for candidates interested in full-time.
Requirements
- US citizen or legally authorized to work in the US
- Self-starter, self-motivated, successful working independently
- Strong leader in previous work-environments
- Excellent multi-tasking abilities
- Strong foundation with computer functions
- Extended sitting
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to commit to this position for 6 months from the date of hire
- Ability to communicate with customers in a friendly manner
- Possess computer skills to handle scheduling
- Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
Compensation
- $15.00 Hourly tips
