What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities
- Ensure timely delivery of the merchandise through consistent communication and follow up with the vendor, distribution centers, and the merchandising and allocation team
- Create, manage, and complete purchase orders
- Manage promo, signage, and pricing (inclusive of markdowns)
- Manage product flow on a weekly and monthly basis
- Monitor replenishment of products with planning team
- Prepare product analysis
- Sample management
- Assist with the preparation of purchase orders
- Communicate issues to stores using the appropriate communication channels
- Interact effectively with vendors and internal colleagues to achieve departmental goals
- Resolve DC or store issues that arise with product
- Additional duties as assigned
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising or similar preferred
- 2 years of allocation experience and buying or assistant buying functions strongly preferred
- Thorough understanding of the Open to Buy process, as well as assortment planning experience
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of GM%, MU% and GM$
- MID allocation experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical abilities
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Consistent demonstration of professionalism, sound judgment, and integrity
- Motivated and able to work well independently, as well as an effective member of a team
- Ability to multi-task and provide timely follow up
- Ability to build solid relationships with teammates and business unit leaders
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
- Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
- Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
- Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from Dublin California, New York or a Remote location.

Minimum annual salary range is $53,300 to maximum annual salary range of $75,000. This salary range is specific to Colorado, New York, California, and Washington, and may differ in other locations. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Other compensation may include a 10% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
