A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SERVICE SCHEDULING COORDINATOR As a Service Scheduling Coordinator, you will create work orders in Excel as well as Lead Perfection, ensuring work orders are set up properly to accommodate timely invoicing upon job completion. Assist Operations/General Manager in the scheduling of installation of all of our products. Be a resource for field crews with problems, information, and customer service. Become extremely knowledgeable of our vendor products and services. With attention to detail, you check the inventory for needed materials and ensure it is organized. On occasions, you will answer phones and interview callers to see if you can provide answers to their questions otherwise, direct calls to the proper person/department. Also, help prepare all postage and UPS/Fed Ex packages for delivery. You feel great about contributing to our success! Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent * 2-3 years of related work experience * Ability to carefully attend to details * Demonstrates a professional demeanor, strong customer service skills as well as shows initiative, is goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. * Leadership skills Do you have a desire help in the success of a construction business?
