The Role
- Coordinate and organize the recruitment strategies and activities for assigned region(s)
- Meet regularly and partner with hiring managers to build relationships and understand their current and future needs
- Assist market leaders in creating detailed and efficient job descriptions for job openings
- Manage the full recruitment process from posting job requisitions to offers
- Partner with Onboarding Team to ensure new hire has completed all background and onboarding requirements
- Proactively develop a pipeline of candidates for repetitive roles in each market
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for hiring process
- Responsible for accurate maintenance of recruitment information and activities such as requisition data, pre-screen notes and input of appropriate disqualification codes
- Responsible for ensuring TAK hiring process is in place and all hiring practices are in accordance with federal, state and local city laws
- Responsible for reviewing applicants for qualifications, conducting phone screens, presenting most qualified candidates to the Hiring Manager for review, making selected candidate offers, initiating all pre-employment screens as needed by each position
- Attend and participate in weekly Talent Acquisition team meetings and individual coaching meetings with Sr Talent Acquisition Manager
- Tracks and reports on hiring and market activity
- Able to work within normal business hours of M-F, 8am-5pm and be flexible to work outside those hours when urgent business needs arises
Requirements
- 3-5 years of related high volume recruitment experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience and education combined
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills; written and verbal communication skills; organization, planning and an attention to detail
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of candidates, employees, community/educational partners, and key stakeholders
- Experience with different sourcing platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.)
- Experience working with an ATS System - Paylocity Recruiting preferred but not required
- Working & Physical Conditions
