Accounting Assistant
Location: City of Industry, CA
Job Descriptions:
- Accounting daily duties, including Inventory, AR, AP data management
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Prepare general journal entries
- Prepare financial statements
- Other duties assigned by Office Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or accountancy
- 1 – 2 years of working experience is required
- Willing to learn, commit to work and dedicate to company’s goal
- Effective interpersonal skill and communication in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Knowledge of office administration responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
