Position Overview:
Take 5 Indiana is looking to hire a part-time and/or full-time employee to help with recruitment, human resources, and other business processes.

Requirements
Background check
Access to a computer/internet
2-4 weeks of in-person training (Carmel, IN)
Responsibilities
You will be primarily working on all aspects of employee relations, retention, recruiting, and HR management
We generally hire for 2 types of positions across all operating and future shops within Indiana, anticipate multiple interviews per day
Proactively recruit & interview future talent to the company consistent with standards provided by management
Oversee onboarding, and exit processes properly documenting items as needed
Coordinate across departments to prepare for all new hires
Report and evaluate recruiting impacts, progress, trends, and best practices to keep company competitive
Meet with management and coordinate with them regularly regarding staffing needs for each store location
Offer solutions to resolve problems in a timely manner
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
