We are looking for Portfolio Project Manager with experience in Transaction Banking solution implementation to support our client in building a market-leading banking platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in the inception phase of a brand-new business and to contribute to the vision, ideas, and to implementation of a groundbreaking solution.
Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- help organize and manage the pre-go-live client portfolio across the client journey –across requirements gathering, EDD, KYC and onboarding, integration and testing, early-stage support
- help with resource and capacity planning across the implementation and onboarding team
- track client go-live dates and status across the client portfolio, and surface emerging issues
- be responsible for stakeholder communications and meetings to keep all parties aligned and aware of pre-go-live client portfolio health
- be responsible for gathering metrics and generating relevant reporting to track against teams KPIs
- hold varied responsibilities spanning across project management, business analysis, senior stakeholder communications
Required skillset and experience:
- BA/BS degree
- 7 years of professional experience in the Financial Services industry
- Adept at project management tools and workflow management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, etc.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a strong plus
- Experience in Transaction Banking client implementation/onboarding function, with a knowledge of transaction banking products and services, is a strong advantage
- Familiar with client pre-go-live lifecycle in the transaction banking industry, including EDD, KYC and onboarding, Implementation and testing, early-stage support
- Solid project management skills, with innate ability to create organization and structure, Process-oriented thinker, with the ability to simplify and streamline complex processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, who enjoys forging deep relationships with colleagues
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a passion to learn at an exponential pace
