Talascend is currently looking for an Inventory & Materials Specialist in Dane, Wisconsin
Work schedule : 9 hours M-Th, 4 hours Friday, Start time between 5 : 00 and 7 : 00 am
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Receive, inspect, and manage shipments of goods and equipment.
Maintain inventory levels and logistics to support manufacturing, testing, and other activities.
Coordinate with departments to meet material needs.
Label, package, and store materials according to company procedures.
Update inventory systems and documents.
Assist in resolving inventory issues and discrepancies.
Support supply chain services and product shipments.
REQUIREMENTS :
High School Diploma / GED required; some college preferred.
Experience in receiving, warehouse operations, or materials management preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently with accuracy.
Experience in cGMP or scientific environment preferred.
Familiarity with ERP systems, SAP preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Organizational Relationship / Scope :
- Reports to Materials Manager.
