Job Description
The Recruiter supports the acquisition of top talent through creative and innovative sourcing approaches, partnerships with external recruitment agencies, embraces the Company’s culture, promotes a strong employer brand, and builds winning teams. The Recruiter reports to the Director of Human Resources.
What you will own?
- Support Hiring Managers understanding of staffing processes and strategies and guides leaders through the recruiting process.
- Develop talent pools \ passive talent pipelines for high risk and difficult to source jobs.
- Advise management on interviewing, hiring, and candidate evaluation best practices.
- Use deep knowledge of recruiting practices to differentiate Company's unique career possibilities, advantages, and rewards and leverage a consistent, compelling message that conveys the most significant motivators to prospective candidates.
- Leverage long-term relationships with external agencies with extensive talent pools across the industry in communities the Company operates in.
- Partner with Internal Communications & Branding Specialist to support Employer Brand efforts to improve recruitment and business performance.
- Own the candidate experience and prepares candidates for next phases of the process.
- Support onboarding process.
What you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience.
- Genuine excitement for rolling up your sleeves and engaging in recruiting efforts that drive the Company’s success.
- Role-modeling the ‘can-do’ positive attitude, always, ensuring the HR community is regarded as a trusted partner.
- Demonstrated proficiency and accuracy using applicant tracking software; Workday (Preferred).
- Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Knowledge of fundamentals and principles in Human Resources as well as Company’s policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering highly sensitive data, and to maintain confidentiality concerning confidential data.
- Ability to be flexible, motivated, resourceful, independent, reliable, and organized in a multi-task environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency and accuracy in using MS Office products, to include Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
Other Requirements:

Two plus years of full cycle recruitment experience which includes:
- Client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout process
- Conducting competency and behavioral based interviews
- Developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches
- Individual must meet nuclear requirements for Unescorted Plant Access.
