Education Background: Bachelor's degree in education, Training, Human Resources, or related field. A master's degree is preferred. Management Experience: 2-3 years of demonstrated leadership experience in a training environment. Critical Thinking: Ability to question the status quo, think critically, and challenge assumptions with curiosity. Training and Development: Proven experience in training and development, with a focus on technology-driven solutions and innovative approaches, including remote and virtual training. Creative Writing and Design: Strong creative writing and design skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging content for virtual audiences. Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Learning Management Systems (LMS): Expertise in Learning Management Systems, including administration, content creation, and reporting, particularly in remote training contexts. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences, especially in virtual environments. Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a talent for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions. Partnership Building: Ability to cultivate effective working partnerships with stakeholders, regions, and vendors. Accuracy and Reporting: Proficiency in implementing robust reporting mechanisms and measurable metrics for training initiatives, with a focus on continuous monitoring and data analysis.
