- 3 Years of Experience in Help Desk Support.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and system-related issues via phone, email, or in-person.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows 11 operating systems on desktops and laptops.
- Networking: TCP/IP
- Operating Systems: Windows 9x/2000/XP/NT/Vista/7
- Service Desk Ticket System: Prefer Service Now experience. Others will be considered if listed.
- Security: Active Directory
- Tools: Microsoft Office
- Others: Adobe Acrobat, Communication skills both verbal and written, Learning ability, Teamwork.
