Talent One Recruitment and Staffing located is in search of a HR Director for a Food Production company in the city of Vernon CA.
Job Type: Direct Hire
Pay Rate: Staring at $110k (D.O.E.)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR or related field.
- Previous HR experience
- Experienced with California Federal Labor Laws
- Kronos payroll and HR system
- Microsoft Office
Job Duties:
- Responsible for Recruiting (Sourcing candidates, create job descriptions, job postings, annual salary surveys, onboarding)
- Develop and coordinate company training programs (HR policies and procedures, leadership development, food and quality, employee safety)
- Provide reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, disciplinary and terminations
- Evaluation of accident reports
- Develope affirative action program (Files EEO-1 annually, maintains records, reports and logs to meet EEO regulations)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
