As a Housekeeper, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Facilities Manager and the Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping / cleaning experience
- High school diploma
- COVID –19 Vaccination / approved exemption status
Responsibilities: * Perform skilled housekeeping, laundry and linen services which includes laundering, sorting, cleaning, preparing surfaces for wiping and scrubbing, filling in rugs with new rugs and putting away cleaned items.
- Ensure that all housekeeping services are performed properly and timely to meet client requirements and respond to requests from clinical staff on behalf of patients.
- Follow all safety, security, life, health, and environmental protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service (per manager) to all customers or patients as needed.
- Maintain or exceed customer service standards at each location.
- Actively listen to other professionals or employees.
- Engage in continuous learning to improve skills for other positions/departments.
- Other duties as assigned.Benefits:
