Our client is looking for a Client Services Associate to join their growing team! This individual will play a key role in supporting clients and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This position involves working closely with advisors to facilitate client onboarding, maintain client accounts, and provide high-quality service. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and dedicated to enhancing the client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the wealth advisor to service clients and facilitate the onboarding of new client relationships which encompasses the following:
- Gather and organize client financial information from statements, tax returns, insurance policies, and other documents. Thereafter, input the data into appropriate software in preparation for client meetings.
- Onboard new clients by preparing new account paperwork, obtaining client signatures, and working with our custodian (Schwab) to set up accounts, manage the transfer of assets, and implement portfolio recommendations.
- Serve existing clients through processing client requests, preparing items for client meetings, and following up on action items after client meetings.
- Gain knowledge of financial custodian processes (Schwab).
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, including preparation of meeting materials.
- Adhere to firm processes and procedures and actively look for opportunities to implement improvements.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain CRM to ensure data is accurate and up to date.
- Continue to expand knowledge across all departments of financial planning, including taxes, investments, education planning, insurance, retirement plans, and estate planning.
- Provide administrative support including managing correspondence and other organizational tasks.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a client service role, preferably in a financial services or wealth management environment.
- 4 year college degree
- Self-motivated and self-driven personality and work ethic
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and organize workflow.
- Commitment to providing high-quality client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
