Job Title : Training Delivery Specialist : I (Junior)
Duration : 6 months plus extensions
Location : Hybrid in Bloomington, Illinois (IL)

Administrative experience
Customer Service experience
Excel skills
Act as a primary point-of-contact and advocate for financial representatives, Agency Office Assistants, and Agency Managers during the on-boarding phase of training.
Be a training customer service representative to our field partners.
Collaborate with training teams to develop a training structure within the learning platform to prepare and implement training to our field audiences.
Act as administrator within our learning management system to :
o Create course offerings.
o Track learner engagement and progress.
o Manage learner transcripts.
o Manage learner profiles.
Act as a subject matter expert for all training resources to support the learner experience.
Partner with our training and design teams; and subject matter experts to support instructor-led training offerings and defined learner program offerings.
Participate in process development and improvement.
Initiate issue / conflict resolution
Desired skills :
o Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
o Strong customer service skills
o Strong communication skills
o Proficient in writing professional communications and communicating with various audiences.
o Experience with leveraging O365 programs for day-to-day work, specifically, Outlook, Excel, Teams.
Not required, but preferred :
o Administrative experience within a learning management system
o 1-2 Years customer service experience
o Experience working with sales representatives, leadership, and support staff.
