JOB DESCRIPTION:
LMS Coordinator
Duration: 3 months (possible extension)
Fully remote
(Central time zone preferred)
Overview:
Performs a variety of administrative functions. Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and takes dictation. Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations. Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports. May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.
Requires a high school diploma with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision.
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
As the Learning System Data Admin, you will support the delivery of our learning portfolio, understand the tools needed to continue to professionalize the practice and deliver against those needs.
This role will require you to identify and escalate missed opportunities across the various LExT programs to drive continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities includes, but is not limited to:
Manage learning content and documentation access (training provided).
Manage access, measuring utilization and reporting out on the health of the various platforms offered to the organization.
Resolve trouble tickets / SIMs from team members regarding learning system access and troubleshooting.
Lead the expansion of eLearning content development capacity by providing content development support (i.e. eLearning, wiki, video) and managing third party contractors in the content development space.
50% of day will be in LMS working on assignments and curriculum and task based other 40% is split between meetings direct with team and or stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience using data to drive strategies and influence stakeholders
Demonstrated experience working with customers to identify stakeholder requirements for learning needs
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Innovative and proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise integrity and sound judgment in complex and ambiguous situations
Able to travel as needed, including global travel if necessary (expected to be less than 15%)
Preferred Qualifications:
Superior communication and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and credibly both verbally and in writing with audiences at all management levels
Demonstrated experiencing delivering results amidst high ambiguity and shifting priorities
Program management and administration skills (organization, managing details, ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities, time management, and doing whatever it takes to deliver reliable results)
