Manufacturing Associate

TalentBurst Inc. has immediate openings for Warehouse and Industrial workers with Corning Inc. located in Concord/Midland, NC. Hourly Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Shift: 12 hour rotating shift in which you will rotate between days and nights.

Days Shift: 6:45am - 7:00pm

Nights Shift: 6:45pm - 7:00am.

Associates work on a 3-4-3 schedule and must be available to work weekends.

Job Duties

Warehouse Associate –

Warehouse Associates are responsible for cutting, packaging, shipping and receiving of product. Additional responsibilities include prepping for shipment, palletizing, labeling, and inventory control. Receiving materials to stock, storing, issuing raw materials and miscellaneous items for production use while maintaining inventory accuracy using cycle counts and daily transactions. Candidates need to have a sense of organization, safety, prioritizing, and attention to detail. Color perception test required before hire. This position will not require operation of a forklift.

Industrial Worker –

Under the direction of a supervisor, works with a team of people and performs a wide variety of tasks associated with operating, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting production equipment or assembling products. Adheres to standard operating procedures and safety procedures with a goal of delivering product that is in specification at desired rates and yields.
