The Position *
As a CDL Class A / Class B Driver, you will play a crucial role in logistics and transportation operations.
Primary responsibilities include :
- Operate and maintain commercial vehicles, primarily Class A / Class B trucks, in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Safely load and unload product, ensuring it is properly secured and protected during transit
- Plan and execute routes efficiently, considering traffic conditions, weather, and other factors that may impact delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including bills of lading, mileage logs, and inspection reports
- Qualifications and Candidate Background*
The ideal candidate will have :
- 2 years of professional driving experience
- Valid CDL Class A / Class B license
- Clean driving record with a proven track record of safety is required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
