Qualifications:
Valid GA RN license or a multi-state compact RN license.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
Associate Degree in Nursing (required) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
A minimum of 3 years of bedside nursing experience.

Minimum Requirements:
Educational Background: Associate Degree in Nursing (Required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred).
Skills: Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to function autonomously in stressful situations.
Certifications: BLS (Required); ACLS preferred within 6 months of hire.
Licensure: Valid RN licensure in the State of Georgia or multi-state/compact RN license.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an RN in a direct patient care setting.
