Talento Search Group has an opening for a highly skilled Maintenance Technician in Bardstown, Kentucky. This is a direct-hire position and the pay rate is up to $41 per hour 1.50 shift differential, depending on experience. This is a 2nd shift position.
Position Summary:
The maintenance technician is responsible for maintaining the manufacturing areas and to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Strong skill-sets in industrial mechanical and electrical repairs
Maintain and troubleshoot all production equipment within manufacturing facility
Manage all machine uptime and downtime
Experience working with and troubleshooting electrical systems, PLC's, robotics tuning
Skilled with pneumatics, hydraulics, gearboxes, machine rebuilds, welding and fabrication
Perform general building maintenance
Assist other maintenance technicians when needed
Experience Needed:
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
Associates Degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred
At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
Highly skilled in robotics, electrical, PLC troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding and fabrication
Ability to work overtime as needed
