Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales by building relationships with residential and commercial builders, remodelers, architects, and other potential clients in the Baltimore and Washington D.C. areas. You will be the face of our company, representing our products and services while providing expert guidance and support to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, including residential and commercial builders, remodelers, architects, and consumers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our products and services and achieve sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate products and services to prospective clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide feedback and insights to the management team.
- Collaborate with the internal sales team, product specialists, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant information to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent company and expand your professional network.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of building materials, construction practices, and industry trends is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
