They are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is passionate about technology and wants to work in a fast-growing organisation to advance their career.
* High level of drive and keen to learn new technologies
* Experience in a client-facing consulting role
* Experience working for a SaaS vendor or consulting on SaaS technologies
* Track record of driving customer success
* Experience in onboarding and managing renewal process
*Degree in a STEM subject
Responsibilities::
- Building and developing long term relationship with their clients;
- Client onboarding, providing product training and developing best practises
- Managing renewal process and identifying opportunities for upselling.
They are paying up to $100K base salary bonus benefits. This is a remote, permanent role and you can always work from home (ideally you are based within EST and Central time zone).
