PrimaryResponsibilitiesInclude :

• Performnewpatientevaluations / exams
• Diagnosepatients; evaluate physical activitylimitations
• Createa plan that sets a goal and completiondate
• Equippatients with PT intervention techniques / exercises; trackprogress
• Provideeducation to patients on techniques for the continuation ofcare
• Examineand evaluate newpatients
• Establisha diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact onactivity
• Establisha plan goal and timeframe
• Prescribeintervention techniques andexercises
• Measureand track interventioneffectiveness
• Educatethe patient on continuingcare
• Otherduties asassigned

Requirements

SuccessfulCandidates MustHave :

• AccreditedPT programgraduate
• CurrentFlorida state PTlicense
• Abilityto work efficiently / effectively in an autonomousenvironment
• Mustbe selfmotivated with a willingness to learn and use all physicaltherapy modalities
• 1 year(s)of experience preferred but we happily work with newgraduates
