FULL DESCRIPTION: Our client is looking for a talented and qualified Sales Coordinator to assist their team in processing orders.
Process orders from customers for full container loads and warehouse releases.
Place orders to factory, labels, and all other material.
Assist Sales Managers for inquiries on pricing, inventory, availability, and other client related requests.
Coordinate with customer to create, update, and revise artwork per customer specifications.
Coordinate with warehouse and quality control departments to process orders.
Process defective order claims, returns, and credits.
Assigns goals to be met at specific time intervals.
Manages day-to-day client communications and relationships.
Resolves customer concerns.
Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
The Selected Candidate Will Also Possess
Must possess effective time-management skills.
Must be self-motivated and able to take initiative.
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Must possess the knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
Must possess basic knowledge of the language and terminologies used in this occupation.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary Range: $18/hr - $28/hr
