Immediate opening for a HR Admin in Gardena, CA who possesses:
- Scheduling interviews
- Filing
- Ordering business cards
- Strong skills for Power Point, Excel (formulas, graphs) and other Microsoft Suite programs
- Very organized, professional, Spanish speaking a plus
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:
· Assist with new employee hire documentation and orientation process. Including backgrounds, I9 processing, offer letter creation and corporate onboarding Answer employee requests and questions.
· Coordinate the recruiting process as needed including phone screens, and scheduling interviews
. Ordering Business Cards
· Uphold and enforce company standards, policies, and processes.
· Update and maintain HRIS system with accurate employee information.
· Maintain standard documents such as org charts, position control etc.
· Provide support in all other special HR initiatives as needed.
