Job Description
As an Inbound Call Center Agent at Talk Chatty Vibe, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide information about our services.
This role requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities :
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide information about Talk Chatty Vibe's products and services.
Address and resolve customer concerns, issues, and inquiries promptly and effectively.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Develop a strong understanding of Talk Chatty Vibe's offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
- Stay informed about updates, promotions, and changes in services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the call center database.
Input relevant information and notes into customer profiles.
Ensure that customer service meets or exceeds established standards.
Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
Provide information on promotions and discounts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Call Center Agent or in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate computer systems and learn new software quickly.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and concerns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
