Office Manager
Duties:
- Manage the office and ensure a professional and welcoming environment
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and electronic
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service to clients and visitors
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members as needed
- Oversee a team of office staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for office staff
Experience:
- Previous experience in office management or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using phone systems, Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and medical office management software
- Experience in team management and training development is a plus
