A legal services firm in New Jersey is currently seeking a Spanish-speaking professional to join their staff in Jersey City as an Intake Coordinator.

***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 4 days a week.***

Responsibilities:

The Bilingual Intake Coordinator will be responsible for:
  • Drafting and submitting client intake forms
  • Screening intake calls and potential interviews
  • Scheduling clients to meet with Attorneys and Partners
  • Drafting and submitting client intake forms
  • Opening cases
  • Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
  • 4 years of related work experience
  • Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Plaintiff-side experience
  • Computer savvy
  • Solid problem solving and time management skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Exceptional phone etiquette
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
