- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Monitor and mitigate operational risks associated with loan processing activities
- Prepare and present regular reports on loan operations performance, including key metrics and trends
- Perform other duties as needed
- Bachelor s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in loan operations management, preferably within a banking or financial services environment
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Proficiency in loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
