A services organization in North Carolina is currently seeking a new Project Manager II for a promising opportunity with their growing team in Charlotte. In this role, the Project Manager II will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation.

The Project Manager II will be responsible for:
- Meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures
- Developing project plan and driving project milestones
- Establishing effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders
- Providing day-to-day direction to project resources
- Ensuring effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project
- Preparing documentation, status reports and budgets
- Performing other duties, as needed
- 2 years of Technical Project Management experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Microsoft Office Suite proficient
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized Project Management curriculum
