Who are we looking for?
Strong AS400 Developers and self-motivated with domain knowledge on Health Plans and having exposure to Eligibility and Billing. Possess an innovative and creative attitude and the ability to work independently. Interacts well with end users or business to get good requirements and service the user request satisfactorily.
AS/400 experience with minimum 5 .
Technical Skills:
" Should have worked in AS/400.
" Cobol/400
" DB2/400
" Experience in handling AS/400 Development and Enhancement project from technical front
Process Skills:
" Knowledge of Agile / Scrum practices
" Should be strong in analytical skills
" Know the development life cycle
" Must have Excellent Communication Skills.
Behavioral Skills:
" Must have Excellent Communication Skills.
" Must have Client Facing/Interaction experience.
" Should be adaptable to organization requirements and changes.
" Excellent customer service with excellent verbal and written communication
" Strong problem-solving skills.
" Ability to proactively find solutions and meet deadline.
