Requirements include:

• Minimum 1-year management experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail industry (Restaurant management, serving or bartending a plus)
• Must be able to lead, recognize and train successful talent
• Must be able to communicate effectively with your team and customers
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to multitask

Job Duties

• Responsible for the overall profitable operation of the location
• Participate in the community as a representative of Tapville’s Core Values
• Leverage community relationships to create robust events for Guests
• Build a small, but capable team of 2-3 engaging, friendly Guest Ambassadors to deliver Tapville's Five-Star guest experience and assist in daily operations
• Ensure guests are clear on navigating the Drink While You Shop concept and are encouraged to join Tapville's Membership Rewards program
• Deliver Five-Star Service: Serve alcohol and other beverages in measured quantities and check with the guest to ensure you’ve met, or exceeded) their expectations
• Practice suggestive “up-selling” techniques highlighting our beverage menu's fantastic offerings
• Serve responsibly and comply with all local alcohol service regulations (including age verification)
• Take beverage orders from guests; accept payment and make change
• Open and close the location, ensuring appropriate housekeeping and presentation standards are adhered to
• Monitor inventory, verify the quality and accuracy of deliveries, and ensure products are adequately stocked

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Alcohol Handler/BASSETT Certification (Required)
