$115,000-170,000 Canadian Dollars 15% bonus

We are a gaming company, seeking an Art Director, Marketing to join our team in promoting our latest top-grossing games. If you are passionate about leading a marketing team to produce high-quality video ads, are able to come up with new concepts on a regular basis, and are continuously curious about our audience and the shifting landscape that is digital marketing, we're looking for you!

Experience creating video content for digital audiences, motion graphics, and proficiency with various editing software (After Effects, Premiere, etc.) is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish UA creative strategy for our games.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of our creatives by reviewing and understanding KPIs.
• Oversee the creative vision of marketing for each game.
• Create storyboards and design decks for new initiatives.
• Manages day to day tasks of the motion graphics design team.
• Manages the career development of motion graphics designers.
• Work with external Marketing vendors.
• Stay updated with digital trends, analyze competitor ads and experiment with new media.

Requirements

• 4 years of management experience in art or advertising.
• Expert knowledge of After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and Photoshop.
• Digital marketing and/or user acquisition experience.
• Experience in giving detailed feedback and communicating direction between both internal teams and external partners while respecting schedules.
• A good understanding of performance data and creative testing with the ability to review data reports from various networks.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Maya (or equivalent 3D software)
• Experience with Unity
