JOB SUMMARY: 

Tark Inc is the leading single-source providor of heat pump units serving the x-ray and medical imaging devices market. Our products are essential components in the machines that medical facilities use to scan for health issues and airports use to keep the skies safe. 

The General Production worker at Tark will take part in the assembly, testing, inspection, and shipping of Tark mechanical pump products. You will be part of a small and nimble team that is family-focused and values-driven!

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

•  Responsible for basic production including assembly, testing, inspection, and shipping of Tark products
  • Testing - connecting pumps to hosing units and testing for leaks.
  • Inspection - vision inspection for correct weld locations, component quality, and overall product appearance.
  • Assembly - using hand tools, custom tools, & blueprints to assemble components for Tark products. 
  • Shipping - safely package and correctly ship quality products to the correct customer.
•  Ensure safety and quality standards of product and employees 
•  All other duties as assigned by the Floor Supervisor or Lead General Production  

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Mechanical aptitude – ability to read mechanical drawings, prints, procedures, etc.  
• Comfortable with basic math skills 
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and accountable for results  
• Works well with others, great team player, and handles conflict/change with an open mind 
• Willingness to bring forward continuous improvement ideas and implement them where applicable
