Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the floor, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage a team of bartenders, servers, and other floor staff
- Coordinate with the kitchen and ensure timely food production and delivery
- Assist in planning and executing banquet events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Train new staff members on service standards and procedures
Skills:
- Previous experience in bartending, hotel, banquet, coffee, or catering industry is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
