The Role
TaxBit is to expand our Recruiting Coordinator team to help provide a world class candidate experience. This person will work with our Talent team and hiring managers across the company to coordinate and schedule candidate interviews. Our Recruiting Coordinator will support multiple recruiters and a variety of locations and help provide an experience to each candidate that really resonates with our core values. This person will have a proven ability to have to be extremely detail oriented, have a determination to succeed, and be able to multitask with competing priorities. This person should have enthusiasm for recruiting and a desire to learn.
What You'll Do
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, scheduling interviews, and facilitating virtual interviews (and onsite interviews when we return to the office
- Maintain our Greenhouse ATS integrity and log all appropriate information into the system to help track candidate progress from initial contact to offer
- Being able to partner and advise Hiring managers with candidate schedules, and being able to be flexible and agile with competing priorities
- Provide assistance with multiple recruiting projects to optimize the recruiting process
- Support 3-4 recruiters in a variety of locations in multiple time zones
- Partner across the broader People & Culture team to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Help build and promote the TaxBit brand and culture
What We Look For
- 1 year experience in Recruiting or People Ops-related duties
- Focus on creating a world class candidate experience and have the ability to engage the candidates in a positive manner
- Aptitude to learn and implement in recruiting strategies
- Strong calendar management skills and attention to detail
- A sense of urgency in juggling multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable interfacing with all types of people
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems or CRMs, Greenhouse preferred
- Familiarity with GSuite (Mail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc) and Slack
