Essential job functions:
- Check Calls: Setting track/trace functions. Calling carriers for load updates and documenting in our TMS.
- Team oriented success. Must be able to work with Operations and Admin support to allow for efficiencies and optimization.
- Scheduling Appointments: There will be times when you will need to schedule appointments, and work with the team for best results.
- Proficient written and verbal skills.
What you need to be successful:
- Communication: Being attentive, multi-tasking, and communicating in a fast-paced environment is a key element to success.
- Customer Service Focus: Adversity may happen with disgruntled carriers/customers. Being able to maintain composure with a smile and solution approach is essential.
