Billing Specialist

This position is hybrid (in office 3 days) at one of the largest most prestigious law firms in the world.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle billing
• Prepares bills and internal forms including appropriate back-up required to process requests.
• Implements Client Accounting procedures, processes and goals by coordinating work effort including timely preparation of client bills and follow-up on outstanding balances with executive assistants and other Firm staff.
• Understands and responds to inquiries and requests made by clients, attorneys, and support staff.
• Uses Aderant billing software

Qualifications:

• Must have a 4 year college degree
• Must have previous law firm billing experience
