Job Summary:
As Today’s Woman continues to grow at a rapid pace, we are looking for a top sales executive “rock star”. This role is for a hungry sales executive with the grit to get things done. If you are self-motivated, develop great relationships, think outside of the box, have a positive attitude and the desire to achieve financial freedom, this is the right job for you! A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected to develop advertising programs that exceeds client needs and grow revenue. The Sales Executive will be responsible for servicing the account including managing the order, complying with Company deadlines for ad copy, handling the credit and billing processes, and preparing layout and artwork specifications for advertisements.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Engage in superior customer service by making information readily available
- Persist in sales even in the face of failure
- Demonstrate products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
- Represent Today’s Woman at company and industry events
- Demonstrate superior time management skills and meet sales deadlines
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Achieves personal sales quota by managing sales process from beginning to end
- Manage relationships with existing clients, making sure that the arrangement, design, and placement of previously agreed-upon advertisements meets the brief given by the client
- Approach potential clients through new leads, cold calls, existing relationships, promotional events, or other means
- Maintain detailed records of customer calls
- Oversee sales process with clients from initial contact to invoice payment
- Travel to see clients or participate in industry events or trainings
- Occasional other duties as assigned
- Interest in making an impact in and contributing to our growing staffing organization
Required Skills/Abilities:
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers alike
Education and Experience:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a Related Field
- 3 years' working experience in sales or media experience

Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
