What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Office Manager position at TBD?
We are a residential cleaning company serving Massachusetts, who is looking to hire a Office Manager to assist with the day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate will be able to balance the coordination of multiple residential clients for 15 employees, while working with the Owner to grow the company.
General Daily Accountabilities
- Maintain positive customer experience by answering phone calls or emails and quickly responding to any missed messages.
- Maintain the day to day schedule.
- Coordinate and monitor client issues and emergencies to ensure immediate response.
- Ensure all invoicing is completed on time
- Work with owners to develop marketing strategy
- Help develop and refine training program
- Identify, communicate and meet with new potential clients
- Maintain cleaning supply inventory and office cleanliness
- Identify and communicate inefficiencies within the company to owners
- Oversee the hiring process
Job Qualifications
- Experience: No experience required
- Driver's license and reliable transportation a must
- Experience with Quickbooks, a plus
- Experience with coordinating workers and schedules, a plus
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
